UNLV Geoscience Undergraduate Student Ambassadors (Grant Objective #3)

  1. The UNLV Geoscience undergraduate student ambassadors provide continued support for CCSD teachers involved in the Earth Science Teacher Workshop. Ambassadors will learn the material in their teacher’s lesson plan as well as more in-depth background information to support teaching the lesson plan. Each UNLV student will visit with their CCSD teacher’s classrooms several times during the fall months to support the teacher’s lessons and also to present information about geoscience careers.
