Research Interests:

Grace Beaudoin is a geochemist and metamorphic petrologist interested in subduction zones, high-pressure rocks and minerals, and fluid-rock interactions. Her doctoral research examined the behavior of halogens in subducting ocean crust, exploring how these volatile elements are returned to Earth’s surface or recycled into its mantle.

Since completing her PhD, Grace has focused on education, science communication, and workforce development. She is an enthusiastic educator who strives to help all learners reach their academic and professional goals while building skills and confidence in science.
